Our database still reflects the 2015/2016 CE Cycle. All credits earned for the 2017/2018 CE cycle will be reflected on your transcript once we transition to the new cycle in early 2017.

Summary:

If "ARA Non-Ethics Credits" and "ARA Ethics Credits" under "Outstanding CE Credits" equals 0 then you have satisfied the requirements of the CE cycle and there is nothing more you need to do. Please note that most ARA CE credits will appear on your transcript within 30 days of being earned and self-reported CE credits will appear as soon as you report them.

JBEA credits listed on the report are subject to final approval by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries. ERPA credits listed on the report are subject to final approval by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). It is the responsibility of the individual to determine the amount of credits actually earned for each category subject to the rules promulgated by their regulatory bodies and any related codes of conduct.

FSPA, MSPA and ERPAs:

If you are an FSPA, MSPA or ERPA in good standing with the IRS/JBEA with regard to meeting all required CE requirements for your related credential, you are deemed to satisfy all ARA CE requirements. However, all JBEA credits are subject to final approval by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries and all ERPA credits are subject to final approval by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). It is your responsibility to determine the amounts of credits actually earned for each category subject to the rules promulgated by their regulatory bodies and any related codes of conduct.

Codes of conduct:

CE reporting is subject to audit and must comply with the ASPPA Code of Professional Conduct.
